Carly D. Sutton, M.S., LPC-Associate

Carly Sutton is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is passionate about supporting individuals as they heal from trauma, grief, anxiety, and mood-related challenges. She works with both children and adults, bringing a compassionate, client-centered approach to each session.

Carly’s background includes experience providing rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, and skills-based support for individuals and families navigating complex mental health needs. She utilizes a trauma-informed, person-centered approach while incorporating evidence-based practices to help clients build coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and move toward meaningful change.

She also has experience facilitating grief support groups and working closely with individuals experiencing loss, offering a safe and supportive space for processing and healing.

Carly earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Family and Child Development from Texas State University.
