What I have loved about working as a psychotherapist for
the past 25 years is my contribution to making the world a more positive place to live. I experience joy in guiding you to clear the emotional obstacles that prevent the achievement of personal goals, dreams, and success. I invite you to accept the opportunity to find answers to lifelong questions.
As an Artist I embrace creativity, which encourages you to approach your transformation with a fresh perspective, switching from negative thinking and limiting beliefs to positive thinking, and highly effective beliefs.
Through my yoga practice, I continue to develop an understanding of the states of mind, body and spirit that contribute to our emotional work. I am calm, centered and focused on facilitating your unique process.
I invite a synthesis of creativity, cognitive behavioral influences, mindfulness meditation, body centered somatic techniques, EMDR, guided visualization, and ego state psychology. I welcome all spiritual beliefs, sexual orientations, and political ideas. I encourage creative visualization and a compassionate increasing of self-awareness. I encourage the development of making personal
meaning of experiences as an important aspect of emotional growth.
