Quinteisha Hundley LPC
From experience in working with families, couples, and individuals, Quin has the skills needed to address concerns ranging from anxiety and depression, to parenting and couples conflict resolution. Quin particularly enjoys working with couples, families, teens, and adults on grief, trauma, couple and marital issues, anxiety, self-esteem, family conflict, and communication. Among several enjoyable populations, the college aged student is among the clinician’s favorite, as many issues related to being an emerging young adult that necessitate guidance can be addressed in therapy, and will employ skills for lifetime use. With this population and others, the clinician notes how her non judgmental but firm and affirming demeanor is impactful. Others would also describe her care as creative, assertive, action driven and goal oriented.
Quin believes that every client has a story that connects them with those in their personal worlds, whether it is a functional or dysfunctional connection. Quin works to empower the client to unpack parts of their story that are dysfunctional, striving to assist the client in becoming more connected to how the parts of their story fit a healthier context. Therapy will tie the client into a greater world meaning for their experience, giving them tools to utilize in the future.
