Rebecca Galindo is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
Rebecca’s clinical approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and incorporates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. She is also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy, allowing her to effectively support individuals healing from trauma and adverse life experiences.
Her background includes experience in crisis counseling, case management, and psychological assessment, as well as working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Rebecca is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools for meaningful change.
She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating with a 3.97 GPA, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
