Sasha Esparza was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. She received her BS in rehabilitation services at the University of Texas Pan American followed by her Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2012.
Sasha Esparza is a dedicated and kindhearted counselor with a multi faceted background in various mental health diseases. Sasha has worked with individuals and families in a variety of settings. She has a passion for helping others by empowering them to refocus their thought process and getting to the root of each thought. Sasha has personally witnessed the way depression, anxiety and traumatic events can cause rippling negative effects in lives resulting in unhealthy coping mechanisms. Sasha will meet you at the place you are and will help you gain that hope again.
In her free time, she enjoys time with her children, her nephew, and her miniature Dashaud. She is an avid runner and loves the outdoors.
