Lindsey Haines LPC, LCDC, NCC
Lindsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Lindsey was drawn to counseling because she has personally benefited from counseling in the past. She believes in meeting people where they are at and will work toward finding the right approach for you because the same therapeutic approach does not work for everyone.
Lindsey has worked in a variety of settings from in home counseling, residential treatment centers, to hospital settings. She has experience with kids, adolescents, and adults. She believes in working from a holistic and strength based approach, therefore treating the person as a whole and focusing on their strengths instead of the “problem”. Some modalities Lindsey use are person-centered, solution focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectal Behavior Therapy. Lindsey has experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, crisis, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Lindsey graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2013 with a BA’s in Sociology and Psychology, and in 2016 she graduated with an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. It would be an honor to work with you and help you work towards your goals!
