Nancy Owens, M.A. LPC-S, LSOTP-S, CTTS
Nancy’s life began in one place, Commute Colorado. From there, Owens expanded her roots from one place to another all her life; living in Mexico City, Oklahoma, Japan, Germany and many many more. She landed in Texas State territory to set out on a new adventure, therapizing individuals and sharing her roots with others. With an ever growing capability to be hands on, she strives to express her gratitude for change and colorful living.
Her communication skills have touched many suffering adolescents. Nancy has become an expert at designing comprehensive treatment plans to better the lives of anyone she works with. Her 20 years in the US Military fostered an understanding for people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. During this time she honed her ability to lead and help other transform into their best selves. Her adaptability to handle fluid situations has been the main strength for her career and life as a therapist. She is maintained humility and humor throughout the thick and thin of her adventures. She has a vast body of experience, from creating grief and loss groups for treatment facility patients to aiding in individual therapy for individuals.
