Nate Morgan, M.A., LPC
Nate is from Wimberley, TX and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Abilene Christian University and M.A. from Texas State University. As a dedicated therapist that specializes in Expressive Arts Therapy with children, adolescents and adults, Nate is advocate for victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence. He is an experienced and successful facilitator of psycho-educational and process groups. Formerly a Behavior Analyst for Texas Military Department, he helped design and implement a new counseling program for sexual assault and domestic violence survivors. He also developed training and educational opportunities on delivering trauma informed care and services for victim advocates, commanders, and other service providers.
With over 12 years’ experience, Nate provides his clients with a safe and respectful atmosphere to open up about their experiences and trauma. He worked to develop and deliver psyochoeducational curricula to teens participating in the summer program and implemented the GENM Sexual Health and Gender Awareness Curriculum in collaboration with Engender Heath with The SafePlace at Austin Independent School District; where he also provided individual crisis counseling and safety planning to sexual assault and domestic violence survivors.
Nate is currently available for individuals, couples, child, and family sessions at InMindOut Emotional Wellness Center.
