Throughout her training and since receiving her license, Elizabeth has worked with a variety of populations and mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, relationship building/enrichment, and parent-child relationship issues.
Elizabeth’s therapeutic approach values a strong therapeutic relationship. She has collaborative approach that is influenced most by Interpersonal Neurobiology, the work from the “Daring Way” by Brene Brown, Trauma Informed Care, Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She believes creating a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment that can facilitate the healing process. She believes that therapy is a unique journey for each individual, couple, or family and she hopes to “walk” with you on the journey towards new possibilities.
