I’m a dedicated counselor passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals from all walks of life can explore healing and growth. Originally from Chicago, my background and education in psychology and clinical mental health counseling shaped my integrative, client-centered approach.
My experience includes working with individuals and groups across a wide range of concerns—including trauma, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I meet each client with empathy and adaptability, helping them tap into their strengths, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply seeking support, I’m here to walk with you on your path toward clarity, balance, and self-understanding.
