Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your next steps in life? Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, or relationship challenges, I believe therapy can be a space where meaningful change begins. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a background in both clinical and pastoral counseling, and I’ve spent decades helping people discover clarity, resilience, and direction.
My approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy with elements of dialectical behavior therapy and Internal Family Systems. I believe in the power of collaborative, judgment-free conversation to uncover insights, reframe unhelpful thinking, and make small, effective changes that lead to big results. Whether you’re in the middle of a life transition or seeking a better relationship with yourself or others, I’ll work alongside you as a steady, supportive guide.
I have experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity development, and relationship strain. My practice is rooted in the belief that you already have strengths worth building on. With the right tools and support, growth and healing are possible.
If you’re curious about how therapy might fit into your journey, I’d be honored to connect for a consultation and see if we’re a good fit.
