Tutoring

Rosa Maria Perez is a passionate educator with over 20 years of teaching experience, specializing in early childhood through elementary-level reading, writing, and math. A bilingual teacher fluent in English and Spanish, Rosa brings a warm, patient approach to tutoring, helping students build confidence and master challenging concepts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (EC–4) from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus in ESL.

Throughout her career, Rosa has worked with a wide range of learners, including bilingual and ESL students, and has served as a lead teacher, mentor, and interventionist. She finds joy in watching students grow and light up when a new concept clicks. Her individualized, growth-focused approach ensures each child is supported on their learning journey.
