Alexandra Spears is an Assistant Diagnostician supporting the psychology team at InMindOut in the New Braunfels area. She plays a vital role in the comprehensive psychological testing process, assisting with the administration and scoring of assessments that help identify concerns such as ADHD, Autism, learning differences, mood disorders, and more. With a keen eye for detail and a compassionate approach, Alexandra ensures that each client’s experience is thorough, respectful, and supportive.
She is currently pursuing an Applied Science degree at Texas State University, finishing her nursing school requirements, and beginning her studies in Health Administration. Alexandra’s strong academic foundation and diverse training reflect her deep commitment to serving others in both clinical and administrative capacities. Passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves and access quality care, she brings warmth, professionalism, and dedication to every evaluation she supports.
