Ashley’s therapeutic approach respects the role and the freedom of the individual to choose their own goals and dictate the direction of their treatment. She believes in providing a safe haven for individuals to be who they really are and share their stories without fear of being judged. She also desires to provide a place where growth and permanent change can take place. Ashley also believes that challenges do not have to define or incapacitate an individual. Rather, they can be a catalyst for growth and change in ways that we do not expect.
