Celeste Adelaida Tabet, MS, LPC

Celeste Tabet is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate dedicated to supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. With experience in outpatient, residential, and academic settings, Celeste takes a warm, client-centered approach rooted in evidence-based therapies such as Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, and ACT.

She currently works at Laurel Ridge Treatment Center in San Antonio, where she provides individual therapy, crisis support, and aftercare planning for diverse populations. Her background also includes therapeutic roles at Innova Recovery Center, the University of the Incarnate Word, and the UTSA Community Family Life Center where she helped individuals manage anxiety, depression, stress, and more.

Celeste holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UTSA and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word. She is trained in suicide risk assessment and safety planning and is fluent in conversational Spanish. Her goal is to create a collaborative and empowering space where clients feel seen, heard, and equipped to thrive.
