Shelby is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a compassionate and client-centered approach to mental health care. She specializes in working with individuals across the lifespan, with particular focus on children, teens, and older adults. Her clinical experience includes supporting clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns, using evidence-based modalities to foster resilience and emotional well-being.
With a strong background in geriatric mental health, Shelby is passionate about helping older adults navigate life transitions, grief, and age-related challenges. She also brings valuable insight and skill to working with youth and families, addressing behavioral and emotional difficulties through trauma-informed care and developmentally appropriate interventions.
